Raw, Grass-Fed Cow’s Milk Reduces Insulin Resistance

Raw Cow’s Milk from grass-fed cows has been found to contain high levels of a polyunsaturated Omega-6 fatty acid called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) which has been shown to reduce insulin resistance, boost metabolism, increase muscle mass whilst reducing abdominal fat, strengthen the immune system, reduce allergic reactions to food.

Grass fed cows have between 3 and 5 times the amount of this substance than their grain fed counterparts.






Conjugated linoleic acid supplementation for 1 y reduces body fat mass in healthy overweight humans. Am J Clin Nutr. 2004 Jun;79(6):1118-25.

    I was wondering from this site does raw milk help PCOS. I want to do a raw milk diet but I have read that milk is not good for this syndrome but your site sounds like it mike be good for me. Please help me understand raw milk and polycystic ovary syndrome.
